Spinach and Artichoke Dip

1 can drained artichokes
1 package frozen spinach
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
3 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup mozzarella
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder

Cook spinach per package instructions and drain. Place all ingredients in the food processor and place in a 1 quart dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or bread.
